Savory kielbasa with crispy cabbage and tender potatoes; a delicious one-skillet dish perfect for Oktoberfest or any night!
Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 head savoy cabbage, shredded
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced potatoes
  • 1.5 pounds kielbasa sausage
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup water
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet, melt margarine and cook onions until soft. Add cabbage and potatoes, and sauté until cabbage is wilted.
  • Combine kielbasa, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a pan over low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until kielbasa is fully cooked. Add water, cover, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes before serving.
