Delicious pressure cooker kielbasa and cabbage meal ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 24 ounces Polish beef kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste
  • 1 head cabbage, cored and chopped into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Begin by preheating a multi-functional electric pressure cooker on the Saute function. Brown the sausage and onion until golden, stirring occasionally for 5 to 10 minutes. Add butter and allow it to melt. Incorporate beef stock, thyme, and hot sauce. Toss in the cabbage until evenly coated. Secure the lid in place.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions to select high pressure and set the timer for 5 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build.
  • Carefully quick-release pressure following the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove lid. Season the sausage and cabbage with salt and pepper. Serve with a slotted spoon.
