Delight guests with Cadbury Dairy Milk Crunchie ice cream pops at your next party!
Ingredients:
  • 280.00 gm Creamy Vanilla Flavoured Ice Cream, softened
  • 200g Dairy Milk Crunchie, finely chopped
  • 225g Dark Chocolate Melts
  • 40g copha
  • 120g Dairy Milk Crunchie, extra, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Mix together the ice cream and half of the Crunchie. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto baking paper lined trays and freeze until slightly firmer. Roll into balls, coat with the remaining chocolate, and insert a pop stick into each. Freeze until solid.
  • Melt the chocolate and copha together over a double boiler until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
  • Quickly dip each ice cream ball into the chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Sprinkle with extra chopped Crunchie before the chocolate sets. Return to freezer and store until needed.
