Spicy Cajun chicken breasts with bold seasonings, perfect for salads or sandwiches, hot or cold!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  • 10 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
Instructions:
  • Combine oil, Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, lemon-pepper seasoning, and garlic powder in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Mix in chicken until well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the grill by preheating it on high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Remove the chicken from the flavorful marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Disregard the rest of the marinade.
  • Grill chicken until it's juicy and reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C), about 6 to 8 minutes per side.
