Elevate your burger or barbecue with flavorful spiced sweet potato fries as a delicious alternative to regular fries.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large dark-orange sweet potatoes (3 lb), peeled
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2/3 cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Cut each potato into 4-inch chunks, then slice lengthwise into 1/2x1/2-inch strips.
  • Combine Cajun seasoning and cumin in a large resealable bag. Add potatoes and shake until they are fully coated. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on an ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan.
  • Bake the potatoes for 35 to 40 minutes, turning once, until they are golden brown and tender. While the potatoes are baking, combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Serve the sauce with the fries.
