- 2 pouches (6.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cornbread & Muffin Mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- Preheat oven to 350°F and generously grease two 18x12-inch pans with shortening or cooking spray.
- Prepare the cornbread batter and cake batter in separate medium bowls following the directions on the pouch and box. Combine both batters in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until mixed. Pour the mixture evenly into pans.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cut the pan into 24 squares. Enjoy with your preferred chili or soup.
