Create quick and delicious Cake Mix Cornbread by mixing Betty Crocker cornbread & muffin mix with yellow cake mix for a sweet twist. Ready in just 40 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pouches (6.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cornbread & Muffin Mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously grease two 18x12-inch pans with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Prepare the cornbread batter and cake batter in separate medium bowls following the directions on the pouch and box. Combine both batters in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until mixed. Pour the mixture evenly into pans.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cut the pan into 24 squares. Enjoy with your preferred chili or soup.
