Easy and fun ice cream cone cupcakes for kids' parties - no mess, just delicious cake mix in cone shape!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 24 flat bottomed ice cream cones
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 ounce colored candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Follow the cake mix instructions. Fill each cone 3/4 full with batter up to the first ridge, then place them in a cupcake pan or on cookie sheets.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Top each warm cone with a generous sprinkle of 10 chocolate chips. Allow them to melt slightly, then drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Finish by decorating with candies.
