Elevate your pizza game with zesty chicken, tangy olives, and creamy avocados for a fresh and exciting twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, (6 ounces)
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Combine tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl; set aside. Mix Bisquick mix and cold water until a soft dough forms. Using Bisquick mix to prevent sticking, pat or roll the dough into a 12-inch circle on an ungreased cookie sheet, pinching the edges to form a 1/2-inch rim. Alternatively, pat the dough into a 12-inch pizza pan.
  • First, delicately layer 1/2 cup of cheese over the dough, then generously spread tomato sauce on top. Arrange chicken and olives on top of the sauce, and finish by sprinkling the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Top with avocado slices before serving.
