Creamed corn enhances corn muffin mix for a simple and portable treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package corn bread muffin mix
  • 0.33300000429153 cup milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 (8 ounce) can canned cream corn
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the muffin mix with the milk and egg. Gently fold in the cream corn and sugar until well mixed. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
