"Campfire roasted potatoes and carrots in foil with butter and onion soup mix - easy and delicious!"
Ingredients:
  • 3 large potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 carrots, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix (such as Lipton®)
Instructions:
  • Set up a rustic campfire grill by positioning a grill grate over the flames.
  • Place a generous piece of aluminum foil on your work surface. Arrange potatoes and carrots in the center. Dot vegetables with butter and generously sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
  • Fold the foil ends together to create a seamless packet, ensuring all contents are securely sealed inside.
  • Grill the packet until the potatoes and carrots are fork-tender, approximately 45 minutes.
