Delicious and effortless potato and vegetable foil packs - perfect for BBQs or camping! Ideal for campfires, grills, or ovens.
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium unpeeled potatoes, sliced
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt to taste
  • 5 tablespoons butter, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill outdoors until it reaches medium heat.
  • Create two foil packets by stacking 4 heavy duty aluminum foil squares for each packet. If regular foil is used, double the number of layers. Coat the top foil sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Combine potato slices, onion, and frozen vegetables in a bowl or resealable bag. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  • Divide the potatoes evenly between the two foil packets and place the butter on top. Seal each packet tightly by folding the foil lengthwise and rolling the edges, then sealing the ends tightly.
  • Grill the foil packets until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes on each side.
