Try these quick and delicious Canadian bacon and pineapple pinwheels made with Bisquick® - perfect for appetizers and ready in just 35 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 package (3.5 ounces) Canadian-style bacon, chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce, heated
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Mix Bisquick and milk until a soft dough forms. Place the dough on a generously floured surface, roll it gently in Bisquick, shape it into a ball, and knead it 10 times.
  • Roll out dough into a 15x10-inch rectangle. Top with pineapple, bacon, and cheese, leaving a 1-inch border. Fold in the 10-inch sides by 1 inch each. Roll up tightly from the 15-inch side, pinching the edge to seal. Cut into 12 slices and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until light golden for 16 to 18 minutes and cheese is melted. Combine butter and garlic powder, then brush over warm pinwheels. Serve with spaghetti sauce.
