Elevate cupcakes with festive candy corn frosting - a sweet solution for leftover Halloween treats.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups ice cubes, or as needed
  • 0.75 cup candy corn
  • 0.25 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) package confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Prepare a refreshing ice bath by filling a large bowl with ice.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt candy corn, cream, and butter together. Stir frequently until the mixture is smooth and nearly bubbling, which should take about 5 minutes. Next, remove the saucepan from the heat, add confectioners' sugar, and place it in an ice bath. Beat until the frosting becomes fluffy.
