Candy-Kissed Snowman Cookies

Create adorable snowman treats using HERSHEY'S® Kisses® for a fun holiday activity the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • Flour, butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch for cutout cookies
  • 1/4 cup coarse white sparkling sugar
  • 30 thin pretzel sticks (2 1/4 inch), broken in half
  • 60 red cinnamon candies
  • 30 Hershey's® Kisses® brand milk chocolates, unwrapped
  • 60 Hershey’s® mini chips semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 candied orange slice, flattened, cut into small triangles
  • 2 tablespoons from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Creamy White Frosting or 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Creamy White Frosting
  • 5 drops red or green food color
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, flour, butter, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Form the dough into 30 balls measuring 1 inch in diameter and 60 balls measuring 3/4 inch in diameter, then coat them with sugar.
  • Place a 1-inch ball and two 3/4-inch balls on an ungreased cookie sheet for each snowman, making sure the edges are just touching. Keep the snowmen 2 inches apart on the sheet.
  • Use 2 pretzel sticks for arms and 2 cinnamon candies for buttons.
  • Bake until light golden brown, then decorate with 1 Hershey’s Kiss for the hat, 2 mini semi-sweet chocolate chips for the eyes, and 1 orange triangle for the nose.
  • Let the cookies cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes, then transfer them to cool for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Blend frosting and food color until smooth. Transfer mixture into a small resealable plastic bag and seal it. Cut a small tip from one corner of the bag and use it to pipe the scarf design.
