Refreshingly cool fruit salad with tangy dressing - perfect for warm nights.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 5 cups 1 1/2-inch pieces cantaloupe
  • 2 1/2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1 cup red or green grapes, cut in half
  • 1 medium cucumber, cut into strips
Instructions:
  • Combine creamy yogurt and rich mayonnaise in a large bowl. Gently fold in the zesty lemon juice, fragrant chives, and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix in all the remaining ingredients. Enjoy right away or chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but no more than 24 hours before serving.
