Ingredients:
  • 1 cucumber
  • 0.25 cantaloupe
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Cut the cucumber and cantaloupe into thin, uniform pieces and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with chili oil, rice vinegar, salt, and sugar. Mix thoroughly, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve.
