Refreshing gin and tonic with cucumber and ginger ale, ideal for unwinding.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml gin
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, cut into ribbons
  • 40.00 ml fresh mint leaves, torn, plus extra leaves to serve
  • 125.00 ml chilled tonic water
  • 125.00 ml chilled dry ginger ale
  • Ice cubes, to serve
Instructions:
  • Infuse the gin, cucumber, and mint in a jug for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  • Pour tonic water and ginger ale into a jug and gently mix. Pour into 2 serving glasses. Add ice cubes and a touch of fresh mint. Time to enjoy!
