Elevate dessert with this luscious sauce, perfect for ice cream or pancakes.
Ingredients:
  • 40g margarine or low fat spread
  • 180.00 gm firmly packed brown sugar
  • 375ml light & creamy evaporated milk
  • 125g marshmallows
  • vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine with sugar until it comes to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 1 minute. Stir in evaporated milk until smooth. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Transfer to a serving jug and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with ice cream.
