Get the kids involved this school break with a fun and delicious caramel slice baking session!
Ingredients:
  • 250g butter
  • 395g can condensed milk
  • 114.40 gm honey
  • 64.00 gm brown sugar
  • 250g packet Marie biscuits, finely crushed
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add condensed milk, honey, and sugar. Simmer gently until mixture is thoroughly combined and turns golden.
  • In a large bowl, combine biscuit crumbs. Pour in the melted butter mixture and mix well. Press the mixture firmly into a 18 x 28cm slab tin lined with baking paper.
  • Chill until firm for 2 to 3 hours. Cut into squares, and keep refrigerated in an airtight container until serving.
