Caramilk truffles - simple, indulgent party bites with just three ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 180g packet Caramilk chocolate, chopped, plus extra, melted, to drizzle
  • 40g butter, chopped
  • 180g pkt dark cooking chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a heatproof bowl, set Caramilk and butter over a saucepan of simmering water (ensuring the bowl doesn’t touch the water). Stir with a metal spoon until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Chill in the fridge for 40 minutes until firm enough to roll.
  • Prepare a baking tray with baking paper. Shape 2 teaspoons of the mixture into balls and place them on the tray. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
  • While waiting, melt the dark chocolate in a clean, dry heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, ensuring the bowl does not touch the water. Stir with a metal spoon until fully melted.
  • Dip each Caramilk ball into melted dark chocolate using forks, letting excess chocolate drip off. Place on tray. Repeat with remaining balls. Chill in fridge for 10 minutes to set. Drizzle extra melted Caramilk on top and set before serving.
