Cashew-White Chocolate Drops

Create irresistible cookie dough by blending cashews and white chocolate chunks for a decadent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped cashew halves and pieces
  • 1 cup white chocolate chunks (from 12-oz. pkg.)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, cream together brown sugar, sugar, and butter until fluffy. Mix in milk, vanilla, and egg until well combined. Stir in flour and baking soda until fully incorporated. Gently fold in cashews and chocolate chunks.
  • Scoop dough using a rounded tablespoon and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 375°F until light golden brown, for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before transferring from cookie sheets.
