Ingredients:
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat up your waffle maker.
  • Combine whisked egg with mozzarella cheese in a small bowl until mixture is thoroughly blended.
  • Add half of the batter onto the sizzling waffle maker, gently spreading it out from the center with a spoon. Let it cook until the steaming stops, and the chaffle turns a lovely golden brown, which should take around 3 minutes. Avoid overcooking to keep it light and crispy. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
