Char siu pork stir-fry

Quick and irresistible char siu pork ready in just 20 minutes - a delicious weekly must-have!
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 400g pork fillet, trimmed, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 82.50 ml char sui sauce
  • 42.00 gm salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 1 bunch baby bok choy, quartered
  • 100g sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 450g pkt hokkien noodles
  • 6.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
  • In a sizzling wok or large frying pan, sear the pork in half of the oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then transfer to a bowl.
  • Heat the remaining oil in a hot wok. Quickly stir-fry the broccoli for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Combine the sauces, bok choy, and peas in the pan. Stir-fry briefly for 1-2 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  • Follow the packet instructions to soak the noodles. Then combine the noodles and pork with the vegetables.
  • Sauté ingredients for 1-2 minutes until warm. Garnish with sesame seeds just before serving.
