Create a vibrant Asian chicken vegetable wrap for a chic lunch option.
Ingredients:
  • 500g chicken tenderloins, tendons removed
  • 40.00 ml char sui sauce
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 small Chinese cabbage (wombok), shredded
  • 3 red radish, trimmed, coarsely grated
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 40.00 ml mint leaves, shredded
  • 20.00 ml rice vinegar
  • 5.30 gm soy sauce
  • 1.25 gm caster sugar
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, toss chicken with char sui sauce until coated. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly oil. Cook chicken in batches for 3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Transfer to a plate, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  • Wrap the tortillas in foil and heat in the oven according to the package instructions.
  • In a bowl, mix cabbage, radish, onions, and mint. In a screw-top jar, combine vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  • Lay a generous portion of cabbage mix in the middle of each warm tortilla, add the chicken, roll tightly, and enjoy!
