Elevate dinner with succulent char siu pork in crisp lettuce cups.
Ingredients:
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 500g pork mince
  • 82.50 ml char siu sauce
  • 40.00 gm water
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, separated, washed
  • 62.50 ml coriander leaves, to serve
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over high heat, heat oil. Cook mince, stirring to break up any lumps, for 5 minutes until browned. Add spring onions, char sui sauce, and water. Simmer pork mixture for 2 minutes until heated through.
  • Stuff lettuce leaves with the savory pork filling and garnish with fresh coriander leaves for an elegant presentation.
