"Create delicious fruit skewers grilled to perfection for everyone to enjoy."
Ingredients:
  • 1 mango
  • 1/4 pineapple, peeled, sliced into 2cm-thick wedges
  • 125g strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 1 banana, cut into 2cm-thick slices
  • 62.50 ml passionfruit pulp (see note)
  • 150g low-fat strawberry yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Preheat barbecue plate over medium-high heat. Cut 2 mango cheeks into 6 cubes each, removing the skin.
  • Skewer mango, pineapple, strawberries, and banana in alternating order. Place baking paper on the barbecue plate. Barbecue the skewers, turning regularly, for 3 to 4 minutes until heated.
  • On each plate, lay down a skewer and generously drizzle with tangy passionfruit pulp. Enjoy warm with a side of creamy yogurt.
