Chargrilled nectarines with honeycomb mascarpone

Indulge in caramelized nectarines with honeycomb mascarpone for a sensational treat.
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 6 medium white nectarines, halved, stones removed
  • 125g mascarpone cheese
  • 125.00 ml Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 18.00 gm icing sugar mixture, sifted
  • 50g chocolate honeycomb bar, chopped
Instructions:
  • Create the delectable honeycomb mascarpone by combining mascarpone, yogurt, and icing sugar in a bowl. Mix well until fully combined, then gently fold in the delicious honeycomb. Refrigerate the mixture after covering it.
  • Preheat a barbecue plate or chargrill over medium-high heat. Coat cut sides of nectarines with sugar. Place a sheet of baking paper on the plate to prevent burning. Grill nectarines cut-side down until golden brown and caramelized, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until softened, for another 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with honeycomb mascarpone.
