Elevate your Aperol spritz with charred chili and orange, adding a unique twist to this classic cocktail with a touch of fizz from prosecco and soda water.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large orange, thinly sliced
  • 6 long fresh red chillies
  • 360ml Aperol
  • 540ml prosecco
  • 180ml soda water
Instructions:
  • Heat up a chargrill over high heat. Grill the orange slices and chillies for 6-8 minutes until they get a nice char.
  • Pour the Aperol, prosecco, and soda water into glasses. Garnish with orange slices and chili before serving.
