Chats with horseradish creme fraiche and salmon roe

Elevate your holiday feast with these gourmet potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 12 (about 300g) small chat (baby coliban) potatoes
  • 125g creme fraiche
  • 1 tsp horseradish relish
  • 30g salmon roe
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped chives
Instructions:
  • Boil potatoes in a medium saucepan until just tender, about 7 minutes. Drain and let cool for 30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix creme fraiche and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Whip with a fork or balloon whisk until soft peaks form.
  • Halve and trim potatoes. Fill with creme fraiche mixture, top with salmon roe, sprinkle chives, and arrange on platter to serve.
