Elevate your holiday spread with these elegant gourmet potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 12 (about 300g) small chat (baby coliban) potatoes
  • 1 tsp horseradish relish
  • 30g salmon roe
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped chives
Instructions:
  • Boil potatoes in a medium saucepan for 7 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool for 30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix creme fraiche and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk with a fork or balloon whisk until soft peaks form.
  • 1. Halve each potato with a small, sharp knife and trim the base for stability. Spoon creme fraiche mixture onto each potato, top with salmon roe, and sprinkle with chives. Arrange on a platter for serving.
