Ingredients:
  • 1 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 0.75 cup lager beer
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons mustard powder
Instructions:
  • Combine the Cheddar cheese and flour in a bowl.
  • Bring beer to a gentle boil in a fondue pot. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder, then stir well. Gradually incorporate the cheese mixture into the beer mixture. Lower the heat and continue to cook and stir until the cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes.
