Cheesy drop biscuits brushed with garlic butter.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 0.67 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix with milk and cheese until a soft dough forms. Use a spoon to drop 9 dollops of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. In the meantime, combine butter and garlic powder. Brush the baked biscuits with the garlic butter mixture.
