Cheesy garlic butter biscuits.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a toasty 450°F (230°C).
  • Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Create a well in the center and pour in milk and cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined. Spoon batter onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake the biscuits until lightly browned for 12 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush over the hot baked biscuits.
