Indulge in flavorful biscuits with a healthier twist using reduced-fat Cheddar cheese for a guilt-free dining experience.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 2/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Butter-flavored cooking spray, (if desired)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  • Prepare a soft dough by combining Bisquick mix, milk, cheese, and garlic powder, then beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet in 10 to 12 spoonfuls.
  • Bake until golden brown, then lightly coat warm biscuits with cooking spray before serving them warm.
