Savory beef and vegetable soup cooked in crock pot with creamy melted cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn kernels
  • 1 cup cubed potatoes
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cubes beef bouillon cube
  • 0.75 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar processed cheese sauce
Instructions:
  • Sear the ground beef until golden and discard excess fat.
  • Combine all ingredients, excluding the cheese sauce, in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  • Stir in the cheese sauce until fully incorporated.
