Hearty, vibrant vegetarian soup - option to add chicken and swap veg broth with chicken broth for meat lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 cup peeled and cubed potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 0.5 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans vegetable broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar processed cheese sauce
Instructions:
  • Combine corn, potatoes, carrots, onion, celery seeds, and pepper in a slow cooker. Pour in broth, cover, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  • Combine the cheese with the vegetables and cook for 30 to 60 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and incorporated.
