Creamy Vegetable-Cheese Soup

Try this delicious and easy soup using process cheese loaf for a comforting meal. Give it a taste!
Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces fat free VELVEETA™ Original Cheese loaf
  • 3 1/2 cups fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 bag (1 pound) frozen cauliflower, carrots and asparagus, thawed and drained
Instructions:
  • Gently heat the cheese and milk in a 3-quart saucepan or 4-quart Dutch oven, stirring often, until the cheese is melted. Mix in the chili powder.
  • Combine the rice and vegetables, cooking until heated through.
