Create a comforting soup with cream of chicken, boiled potatoes, mixed veggies, and melted American cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 2 quarts water
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta)
Instructions:
  • Combine water, potatoes, onions, and celery in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Stir in frozen vegetables and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Add soup cans and cheese, cooking slowly until cheese melts.
