Creamy chicken and vegetable soup topped with melted American cheese, perfect for pouring over baked potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 0.25 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 32 ounces processed cheese food, cubed
Instructions:
  • Cook the vegetables in a large microwave-safe bowl on high for 10 minutes, stirring and rotating halfway through.
  • In a large slow cooker, combine soup and water. Stir in onions, vegetables, garlic, salt, and pepper to your liking. Add cheese and mix well. Cook on low for about 2 hours or until the soup is creamy and the cheese is melted.
