Delightful truffle balls: a festive treat for all to enjoy or share this holiday season.
Ingredients:
  • 500g chopped, room-temperature cream cheese
  • 70.95 gm caster sugar
  • 3 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 180g melted, cooled white chocolate
  • Assorted sprinkles, to decorate
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, use electric beaters to whip cream cheese, caster sugar, and lemon rind until velvety smooth.
  • Combine the white chocolate by beating it, then transfer the mixture into a shallow dish. Cover it and chill in the fridge for 4 hours until it's firm.
  • Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls and chill on a lined tray in the fridge for 1 hour. Prepare three bowls with different types of sprinkles. Roll one-third of the balls in one bowl of sprinkles to coat, then repeat the process with the rest of the balls and sprinkles. Chill again on the tray in the fridge for 30 minutes.
