Cheesy Hawaiian slider bake with cheddar cheese, beef, bacon, butter, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18 ounce) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
  • 1.5 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Take the rolls and slice them horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom half in the pan and sprinkle with 1 cup of Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake until the cheese is bubbly and melted, for 3 to 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Brown the beef and onion in a skillet for 5 to 8 minutes, then drain any grease. Add tomatoes, 1 1/2 teaspoons each of Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fully combined.
  • Spread the beef mixture generously over the rolls. Add the remaining 1 cup of Cheddar cheese and crispy bacon on top. Place the top half of the rolls to cover.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Microwave uncovered on high for about 1 minute until the butter melts. Stir well and drizzle over rolls, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until golden brown, for 20-25 minutes.
