Impress your guests with heavenly gluten-free parmesan cheesy bread puffs for your dinner party.
Ingredients:
  • 150g butter, chopped
  • 257.50 gm milk
  • 2.40 gm sea salt
  • 500.00 ml gluten-free tapioca flour
  • 250.00 ml finely grated parmesan
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan-forced and prepare 2 large baking trays by lining them with baking paper.
  • In a heavy-based saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and warm the milk for 3 to 4 minutes until the butter is melted. Bring the mixture to a boil, then stir in the salt and flour. Cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes to cool.
  • Add the eggs one by one, ensuring each is well mixed in. Stir in the parmesan and mix thoroughly to combine.
  • Shape 2 level tablespoons of the mixture into balls and arrange them 5cm apart on the prepared trays. Bake for 30 minutes or until they are puffed and golden brown. Allow them to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
