Whip up a quick and delicious cheesy potato and veggie bake with crispy onion topping in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 package (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 pouch (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ loaded mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup French fried onions
Instructions:
  • Heat water and butter in a 3-quart saucepan until boiling, then add broccoli and reduce heat to medium.
  • Uncover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until broccoli is tender. Remove from heat and stir in milk, potatoes, and cheese. Let it stand for a minute, then give it a good stir. Finish by topping with onions.
