Quick and easy veggie comfort dish with just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds broccoli
  • 12 ounces VELVEETA™ Original Cheese loaf (from 16 oz. box), shredded
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon or toasted sliced almonds
Instructions:
  • Cut the thick broccoli stems into quarters lengthwise. Bring 1 inch of water to a boil (add salt if desired). Add the broccoli, cover, and simmer until tender.
  • Cook until the stems are tender; drain. Place half of the broccoli in a serving dish. Top with half of the cheese and bacon, then repeat the layers.
