Transform your favorite burrito into a delightful cheesy beef and bean dip, perfect for game day snacking.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
  • 4 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a hot skillet, brown and crumble the beef for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  • Combine ground beef, refried beans, 3 cups of Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning mix in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • After 20 minutes in the preheated oven, sprinkle 1 cup of Colby-Monterey Jack cheese over your dish. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and gooey.
