Elevate classic bacon and eggs with cheesy, spicy burrito loaded with chili jam.
Ingredients:
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 3 Free Range Eggs
  • 40.40 gm thickened cream
  • 20.00 ml chopped chives
  • 2 Soft Wraps
  • 60g pkt Australian Baby Spinach & Rocket
  • 40g tasty cheese
  • 13.20 gm Thai chilli jam
Instructions:
  • Fry the bacon in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Then move it to a paper towel-lined plate and lower the heat to medium-low.
  • Combine eggs, cream, and chives in a jug and season. Pour the mixture into a pan and gently stir with a wooden spoon for 3 minutes or until almost set.
  • Spread a layer of spinach, rocket, cheddar, egg mixture, jam, and bacon on each wrap. Roll them up tightly. Toast the wraps on high heat in a clean frying pan for 1-2 minutes per side until heated through and crispy.
