Start your day right with a hearty breakfast burrito featuring fried eggs, bacon (or substitute ham or sausage), refried beans, and melted cheese, served with a side of salsa.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Instructions:
  • In a large, deep skillet, sizzle the bacon until crispy and golden. Set aside after draining. Wrap tortillas in foil and heat in the oven.
  • Cook eggs in a greased skillet until they are cooked to your liking. Heat refried beans in a small saucepan.
  • Layer refried beans, 2 strips of bacon, 1 egg, and a sprinkle of cheese onto each tortilla. Roll up to make delicious burritos. Serve and enjoy!
