Cheesy chicken wraps: Monterey Jack, Cheddar, cream cheese, shredded chicken, and crescent roll dough baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1.5 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Turn on your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a baking sheet.
  • In a large pot, generously cover chicken breasts with salted water. Bring to a boil, then simmer on medium heat until fully cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes. Check with a thermometer for 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Remove chicken and cool before shredding with forks.
  • Combine Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl, mixing well. Fold in chicken until evenly coated.
  • Lay out the crescent roll dough pieces flat. Spread the chicken-cheese mixture on each piece of dough and roll them into crescent shapes. Transfer the rolls onto a baking sheet and brush with melted butter before baking.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and the rolls are golden, around 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven.
