Transform frozen meatballs, cherry tomatoes, and Boursin cheese into a quick, cheesy meatball pasta bake ready in just 45 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (5.2 ounce) container Boursin cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.75 pound frozen Italian-style meatballs
  • 2 cups penne pasta
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Drizzle olive oil in a 9-inch square baking dish. Nestle Boursin cheese in the center and surround it with cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper over everything.
  • After baking in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, combine the crushed tomatoes with the melted cheese.
  • Place the frozen meatballs back into the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are heated through.
  • While waiting, heat a large pot of lightly salted water until boiling. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, approximately 11 minutes. Drain the pasta.
  • Take the meatballs and tomato mixture out of the oven. Mix in the pasta until fully combined. Serve right away.
