Cheesy meatloaf stuffed with a flavorful mix of beef, pork, eggs, bread crumbs, and soup mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfectly baked dish.
  • Combine beef, pork, soup mix, eggs, bread crumbs, pepper, and water in a large bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup of cheese. Mix thoroughly. Spread half of the mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of cheese over the meat mixture. Top with the remaining half of the meat mixture.
  • Place in a cozy oven for a golden 60 minutes. Allow a brief rest of 10 to 15 minutes before indulging in its warmth.
